EMU Health is a dual-licensed Article 28 Diagnostic & Treatment Center and AAAHC-accredited Ambulatory Surgical Center in Queens, founded in 2016 by Daniel J. Lowy.
Our multi-specialty facility brings primary care, specialty care, surgery, and women’s health together in one connected setting with personalized treatment and coordinated access.

Daniel J. Lowy
Chief Executive Officer
Daniel J. Lowy is an entrepreneur and finance expert with an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a master’s in commerce from the University of New South Wales.
He founded EMU Health in 2016 with a vision to raise the standard of healthcare in Queens through accessible, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Under his leadership, EMU Health has grown into a premier outpatient center offering coordinated services across primary care, specialty care, women’s health, and pediatric dental surgery.
